ANGEOO Therapeutics is developing next-generation therapies that precisely modulate angiogenesis to address diseases driven by vascular dysfunction.

Angiogenesis, the formation of new blood vessels from existing vasculature, is essential for tissue health and repair. When dysregulated, it contributes to a broad range of serious diseases. Insufficient angiogenesis can lead to ischemia and impaired tissue regeneration, while excessive angiogenesis supports tumor growth, metastasis, and sight-threatening retinal diseases.

Despite significant advances, current angiogenesis therapies face important limitations in efficacy, durability, and safety. ANGEOO is advancing innovative pro-angiogenic and anti-angiogenic therapeutic strategies designed to address these unmet needs and create differentiated treatments with the potential to improve patient outcomes.
